Refund Policy

Our refund policy states that deposits are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Please ensure all arrangements are finalized well in advance to avoid any loss of deposit.

Booking Deposit & Payment Terms for JLB Stables

To secure your spot for an event at JLB Stables, a non-refundable deposit is required.

Deposit Due Date & Confirmation: Your event deposit is due as soon as possible to guarantee your reservation. Please note that your booking isn't confirmed until we've successfully received and processed your deposit payment.

Important: If your deposit isn't received 7 days prior to the event date, your provisional booking may be released without further notice.

Payment Methods: You can make your deposit payment via:

  • Cash

What Your Deposit Covers: Your deposit secures your chosen service, date, time, and specific booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance.

Deposit is Non-Refundable: Please understand that your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, JLB Stables will retain the deposit. This covers administrative costs, potential lost business opportunities, and initial planning or holding fees.

 Cancellation: In the unlikely event that JLB Stables must cancel your booking, your full deposit will be refunded within 2 business days.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your booking is due upon arrival or upon completion of service. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of your deposit.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Deposit & Payment Terms.
